TITLE: Thought Field Therapy
SPEAKER: Melanie Bloch
Thought Field Therapy is a form of energy medicine, devised by the eminent psychologist Dr Roger Callahan.over 20 years ago- author of " Tapping The Healer Within "
TFT is often described as acupuncture without needles for the emotions. It is based on principles of Kinesiology and wonderful ancient knowledge drawn from the Chinese Meridian System.
The therapy involves tapping energy points easily located on the face, fingers and chest. specific eye movements are also incorporated , whilst thinking of a stress/trauma past or present. Energy draining emotions such as anger, rage, stress, anxiety are rapidly neutralised. This results in a sense of detachment which allows relaxation of the body ( can be integrated into any form of body work with outstanding results) allowing new perspective and feelings of peace.
It is a highly effective therapy which can be easily learnt and used to help oneself and others.
In this evening workshop you will have the chance to experience the beneficial effects of TFT for yourself - handouts will be provided.
Melanie Bloch has been a Body Worker for over 20 years. She trained in TFT with Dr Callahan to the third and highest level after experiencing amazing shifts with her own stress. She now helps many of her clients with a combination of both therapies.
