Bowen therapy

does it work? anyone tried it?

Yes it most certainly does great work - in a very gentle way. I often refer my patients who have soft tissue or musculoskeletal issues to a bowen therapist.

It is also my preferred treatment for myself if I have a physical injury or strain of some sort. Before discovering bowen therapy I would see an osteopath but I find the bowen therapy to be more effective and less invasive - no forceful manipulation is involved.

Of course as with all treatments - conventional and holistic - it's important to find a good practitioner.
