Yoga for Beginners - A Firm Foundation

6 Saturdays in Streatham - starts 12th of May. Please make sure you book in advance

Have you thought about trying Yoga but never taken the time, not felt confident about coming to a drop-in/all levels class or know you want the foundations before joining a group class? Not sure what style or teacher to choose?

Joining a yoga class can be intimidating. What are the other people like, what should I wear, am I the only guy/young/mature person, the only one not being able to touch my toes?

With an immense increase in yoga classes of various styles being offered Streatham based yoga instructor Anja Brierley Lange of Yogaembodied.com has designed a new series designed specifically for people who have never done yoga.

During this 6 week Beginner's Yoga Course you will
develop a strong foundation of a variety of poses
explore modifications
use props if needed
study alignment
make sure poses are safe
be introduced to breathing exercises.

Upon completion, graduates will feel ready and able to enter drop-in classes and open level classes with confidence!

The course is also excellent for anyone who would love to go over the basics, have a stronger foundation or perhaps after a yoga break, illness or after pregnancy.

The 6-week course commence Saturday the 12th of May in Streatham Hill 11am-12noon. There are limited spaces for the Beginner's Yoga Course so sign up to confirm your space.
