Greetings!

General Description:

Attend to patients, meet and greet and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
The receptionist would be needed for a minimum of 30 hours.



Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

answer telephone, screen and direct calls
book patients and schedule appointments
take and relay messages and provide information
greet persons entering organisation
direct persons to correct destination
general administrative and clerical support (invoicing, receipts, ordering products)
prepare letters and documents
receive and sort mail and deliveries
tidy and maintain the reception area
preparing the treatment rooms
liaising with management


Education and Experience

high school diploma generally required (GCSE A or B)
knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
experience working on reception/front house
knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
excellent customer service
experience with money handling
Quick response to problems
