Cosy time is with us. I do hope all of you are well and able to join us for our next meeting when we are going to celebrate the end of 2013 and lift up our spirits with a session of laughing. Renew your friendships, meet new members and join in the fun. Come.
This session is open to all. If you like to bring colleagues, friends and family who you feel can benefit from a community laugh-in, please do. All are most welcome.

SPEAKER: Melanie Bloch
Melanie Bloch went to Drama School and worked in the Acting Industry. Through working as a coach with actors and the therapeutic effects of the release of sound and breath she became very interested in the Holistic and Complementary field. This led to qualifying as an Advanced Bodyworker and in other highly effective Mind Body Healing Modalities.
Struck by how amazing she felt after attending a Laughter Playshop - she went onto train in Laughter Therapy and Laughter Facilitation. She now runs very popular Laughter Classes and Two Day Certified Laughter Coach Trainings for the Corporate , Community and Private Sector.
