Chi Kung, Qi Gong, or 氣功 literally “Life Energy Cultivation”, is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and intention for energy, healing, and true inner strength.

Qigong exercise involves rhythmic breathing synchronised with intentional movement, focus, and visualisation of guiding Qi throughout the body.

Using Qigong will improve all aspects of well being such as:

• Balance,
• Energy,
• Strength,
• Flexibility,
• Concentration and much more.

Qi Gong is not martial arts or self-defence But it is a path to well-being, a better you. We encourage all levels no matter your age, your ability or your current level of fitness to attend. You can do a little or a lot and still feel refreshed and energised.
