Our Sunday afternoon will be inspired with:

Michele Broom – who will be talking and demo on Soft Cupping – an area growing in popularity.

Michele teaches soft cupping and is a multi-therapist based in Cardiff.

Bellabaci cup is for an ideal treatment for women or men suffering from tight and sore muscles, digestive disorders, joint pain, cellulite, headache, migraines, stretch marks and spider veins amongst others. It works wonders on the back, stomach and arms actually almost all areas of the body will respond to this unique treatment. The medical effect of the bellabaci cup procedure results in: eliminating stagnation, intensifying metabolism and dermal respiration in the massaged segment of a body and increasing elasticity in the skin.

· When used on the back or on tight, sore muscles, it helps to break up lipid pockets (knots), improve blood circulation and eliminate toxins and other waste products from muscles. Improves and softens scar tissue. Tones skin, assists in body contouring, stimulate lymphatic and blood circulation, regulates the autonomic nervous system and generally relaxes and rejuvenates the body.

Ingrid Maria Nordgren – ‘Touching the Inner Life’.

The Rosen Method: ‘Our work addresses the holding back that we do, where we do not show ourselves, where we h old back feelings, where we hold back actions. Through listening to the truth of the body it is possible to discover what we can do, who we can be, what we can experience, how we can love’ Marion Rosen

Rosen Method uses attuned touch and words to bring awareness of tension and restricted breath in the body so that the individual can notice what his or her inner landscape of sensation, feeling, emotion, memories and thoughts are – and to discover where they may feel stuck or tense.

The RM process provides deep listening through touch to the story of the person, and words are used to express what is there. In the process of allowing, feelings can come alive and surface.
