Spa Supervisor - Cornwall

At the Scarlet spa, our focus is holistic wellbeing and nourishment of the mind, body and soul. We do this by drawing on the wisdom of Ayurveda and adding our own distinctive Cornish twist.
Bedruthan spa uses products by organic skincare companies who share our philosophy that beauty and wellbeing come from within.
The role of Spa Supervisor is to inspire and enable the team to deliver excellent customer service, lead by example, ensure the daily smooth running of the spa and communicate with the wider hotel teams.
Other key responsibilities include:
•training and coaching of host team
•presentation of the spas and all spa areas
•customer care and service
•retail sales and stock control
The ideal person will have at least 1 year experience of working in a spa/salon or hospitality environment and an understanding of Ayurveda.
Fundamental skills are excellent verbal and written English, computer literacy in excel, previous database experience and basic financial understanding.
Appreciation of the small details and enthusiasm to take up opportunities is essential.
£8 per hour
Permanent contract for 40 hours
