Payment of Membership Fees & Insurance Renewal via the website
I think it would be much clearer if there were 2 links on the "make a payment" page
1) Specifically for Membership Renewal
2) Specifically for Insurance Renewal
The renewal documentation is rather confusing and even contradictory, it implies you can make the payments through the website page but when you get there it looks like only the membership renewal can be paid this way.
This small change would make all the difference.

Could we not have a form online for renewals and send to save time and postage we could always send copies of our CPD dcertificates by e,mail or as jpegs. The last lot of my forms where lost in the post? though i was told that they had arrived initially? so i have been waiting for a month to be reregistered. Oh the joys of the Royal mail if this is the case. |

It would appear at the moment that you can only do this by phone or post, which is not very practical if you are working full time during the day. |
