Coordinator:

Well who would have thought it signing up in 1995 to run the local group that ten years later we would still be at the helm!  Well, we are and we have had 10 brilliant years inviting along 8 speakers a year to tell us a little more about what they do and often these leading on to full weekend workshops. In addition we have also run residential workshops on various topics, we always have a summer outing and a Christmas social. Over the years we have also organised our own therapy fair and raised £1200 for charity. So the plans for the next ten years,well 2006, will see international speakers being flown in from Australia and India to deliver talks, workshops and one to one sessions for our local members. Then, of course, there is the all important networking with each other and the public who also come to our talks. Being in the therapy world can be very lonely and isolating so we try and dispel much of this with a friendly chat over a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit at the end of the meetings. If you have been thinking about coming along make the new year different and turn up, you are bound to have a good time and receive a warm welcome form us.
