Thank you for your enquiry. I have been away so apologies for my delay in replying. The School is for sale for £15,000.00 The current rent is £10,000.00 pa (includes water rates). The lease expires on the 24th September 2012 and I am sure the Landlord would be happy for someone to continue leasing the premises as a Teaching/therapy business. The annual rates for the period April 2011 to April 2012 were £1796.88. We have 2 car park places available. My accountant has prepared figures for the last 3 years and I can forward these onto you if you are further interested in the School.
