Massage Volunteering with Walk the Walk
The MoonWalk London 2012 is the spectacular moonlit marathon and half marathon walk around London’s famous landmarks happening over the night of the 12th and 13th of May 2012. Based in London’s Hyde Park it will unite over 17,000 Walkers in their iconic decorated bras with an 1800 strong volunteer team to raise millions of pounds for breast cancer research and care.
We offer our wonderful walkers the chance to have a pre-walk massage, it is an extremely popular section on the night and therefore we need as many masseuses as possible! We would love to have your help preparing all the walkers for this immense challenge and being a part of this fabulous night!
All you need is those skilled hands, a certificate to show you are qualified and some lovely soothing oils!
Whether you would like to donate your time to a charitable cause, or fancy an amazing weekend, we have a rewarding opportunity to offer. We accept large groups or teams who can all work together and its a great team building opportunity. If you would like any further information about volunteering as a masseuse please do not hesitate to contact us on 01483 741430 or take a look at our website www.walkthewalk.org/volunteers
If you require any information about our events, volunteering opportunities or the charity Walk the Walk please do contact me.

|Breast cancer research tests on animals! Get real and have nothing to do with this or the march.

|And it doesn't do humans any good - species difference. Years of animal research has failed to reduce cancer incidence, it's increased, more children even get cancer now than ever before. Google British anti-vivisection association, or Professor Hans Reusch and CIVITAS for more info.|

|Why does this 'opportunity' specifically make a request for masseusues? You'd think that the CTHA would ensure gender-neutrality. Really, these volunteering adverts should be classified in a separate forum. They are strictly NOT employment opportunities. I've had a good old rant about this already late last year.|
