Trailwalker Challenge - Thank you for your support

Dear Members,

On Saturday the 14th of July I will be taking part in the Trailwalker Challenge walking for 100km along the South Downs from Petersfield to Brighton. My team and I hope to finish the journey in 26 hours. We will have only nine 10 minutes breaks, at checkpoint, and we will walk all through the night.

It is to raise money for Oxfam and the Gurkhas Charity.

How far is 100km? how much we will be climbim?
100km. A nice round number but quite hard to put into perspective! Have a look at these facts below to try and imagine the scale of the challenge.
• Crossing the English Channel three times.
• Climbing Ben Nevis and Snowdon
• Two and a half marathons non-stop.
• 910 football pitches end to end.
• 3.7 times around the Circle Line.
• 6,700 busses end to end.
