Seven Wellbeing are looking for a part-time Administrator. The purpose of the post is to provide efficient and organised administrative support to the Seven Wellbeing Centre. You will support and assist the Director of the Seven Wellbeing Centre Ltd in the day to day operations of Services provided.
Maintaining appropriate manual and computerised systems as required, including inputting data and maintaining records within the business portfolio
Answering the telephone, taking messages, dealing with enquiries, maintaining records and producing reports as required.
To provide administrative support and undertake typing, manuscript, photocopying, faxing and filing as required.
To liaise with Seven Wellbeing Centre clinical and teaching staff, Hospice staff, students, Awarding Bodies, external companies and members of the public in an appropriate manner, both in person and on the telephone.
To support the Director of the Seven Wellbeing Centre Ltd. in all aspects of the developing business portfolio and in ensuring a continuous and reliable service.
The successful candidate must have a good level of education – a minimum of 5 GCSE’S and has an interest in Complementary Therapy. You will have experience of working an Administrative or Secretarial role. It would be beneficial that you have experience in marketing products and services to help promote the services provided by the Seven Wellbeing Centre.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to use and understand computer packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, knowledge of the current agenda for delivery of CT training, national occupational standard, core curriculum and regulatory processes. You will be to work within deadlines and maintain high standards and quality of work. We are looking for someone with knowledge of the design and operation of filing systems, and maintaining manual and computerised systems data base. You will have the ability to prioritise your own workload, use your own initiative and recognise additional duties as appropriate. With excellent interpersonal skills you will have an ability to communicate well at all levels with colleagues and members of the public, an ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility as appropriate. It is essential you can deal with confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
