I hope that my background as an Osteopath and Acupuncturist as well as well as Director of the London School of Massage lends itself well to this role.

For our next event, we have an exciting evening planned which aims to provide information as well as make the session as practical as possible.

Mindfulness (7.00pm – 7. 35pm)
Mindfulness is the all new “buzz word” and a very simple form of meditation that was little known in the West until recently. Mindfulness is about observation without criticism; being compassionate with yourself. In essence, mindfulness allows you to catch negative thought patterns before they tip you into a downward spiral. It begins the process of putting you back in control of your life.

Speaker: Vinod Ravi - Lecturer associated with the Jam Yang Buddhist Centre (London)

Batch Flower Remedies (7.40pm – 8.15pm)
The healing power of nature has been known almost since time began. Flowers and plants uplift us. Scents give pleasure, colours and forms entrance us, and the whole splendour of nature nurtures us. On a more physical level, plants give us food and medicines.

Bach Flower Remedies are powerful yet gentle healing tools that can catalyse the resolution of deep emotional imbal¬ances. This short lecture will introduce the work of Dr. Edward Batch and its application.

Speaker: Patricia Cambell-Parker - Batch Flower Centre

Sound Therapy (8.20pm – 8.55pm)
Quantum physics shows us that we are all made of vibrations that can be measured in frequencies. Those frequencies have a sound, hence we are all made of sound!

Each one of your organs and emotions has a sound unique to you. When your sounds are tuned to key, your system works to its optimum level. However with time and stress those sounds start to shift and you start experiencing what we call dis-ease and emotional imbalances.

Learn about the concepts of how Sound Therapy works and how this fascinating therapy can help and heal the body.

Speaker: Otto Haddad – Sound Therapy

We look forward to seeing you there.
