Are you considering the rashness of your New Year resolutions ? Have you really considered what it will mean to loose that extra 4 to 6 pounds that you gained over the Christmas festive period ? Don't be a martyr and clear all the fun out of your food - get in the know and make some informed decisions on how to shed those pounds and keep them off.

We all know how difficult it is to find a diet that really aids weight loss that is sustainable and doesn’t result in feeling neglected whilst everyone else continues to tuck into their favourite foods. If you are really serious about getting rid of excess weight and becoming slimmer forever, then why not let us share some tips about Slimming the Tasty Way?

After the huge success of the pre-Christmas Ladies Evening organized by The H Club, we are pleased to announce that the Windmill Inn has once more agreed to host this event for us at Tabley (off A556, by junction 19 of the M6 motorway). Please note – this is a ticket only event – advance reservations are required.

Event concept

This is an interactive and informative session where we review a number of Tasty weight loss diets and whether they can really work in the short and long term. We will give examples of a number of different diets and how they are intended to stimulate weight loss. And, instead of simply suggesting the alternative of extra exercise, or slimming pills that really don’t work, we will also look at a non-diet weight loss technique that is claimed to help you to loose those extra few pounds permanently without having to entirely give up all of your favourite foods forever.

You will learn about a number of tasty diets. How they were intended to work to trigger weight loss, both from example recipes and foods that they include and the way the diet affects your bodily health. Let us share our knowledge and help you achieve your desired, healthy weight target without denying yourself all of the tasty, favourite foods you love so much.

Invitees will benefit from:
• a focus on diets that are fun, tasty and healthy if used sensibly
• tips for avoiding the ‘deny all’ and unstainable weight loss diets we all know don’t work anyway
• cooking ideas that if used, will enhance your health and complement your weight loss activities
• confidence in a few well chosen, healthy eating tips to help maintain your ‘slimmer forever’ goals

This is a by invitation, ticket only ‘Ladies Evening’ for clients and friends of The H Club and it’s member practitioners. We will again be donating 50% of the proceeds to charity so please get your thinking hats on and nominate a charity when you book tickets for yourself and your group of friends. The final charity to receive the funds will be drawn on the night from nominations received. Please let us know ticket numbers or non-attendance by 30th January 2008 by e-mail.

Why not make it into a full ‘girly’ evening out? Book a supper table for you and your friends by telephoning the Windmill Inn who have kindly agreed to keep the kitchens open for those of you who wish to buy supper there. Please pre-book supper for 9pm by quoting ‘The H Club Ladies Event’.
