The most basic as far as I’m aware is a Level 3 qualification in Anatomy Physiology, Massage and Business studies. This is a full year’s course and at the end when you pass you are able to become insured and practice. On qualifying you can also go on to train in Reflex, Aromatherapy and so many more therapies to widen your knowledge and make you a better more well rounded practitioner.
But take my advice and follow the old adage “Jack of all trades, master of none” and decide what you really love and make it your specialism. But do ensure you gain knowledge in all so you can advise and refer on should you require.
