SW London Group meeting - 17th November Dru Yoga - Flexible,Fun, Freedom from within

TOPIC: Dru Yoga – Flexible, fun, freedom from within.
SPEAKER: Jayne Micallef

The traditional healing arts of Dru Yoga contains effective and empowering techniques into how to be successful and healthy with your body.

This evening, Joyful Body founder Jayne Micallef will show you how ‘off the mat’ Yoga can dramatically improve your quality of life. Learn how to nourish, revitalise and rejuvenate yourself using practices that take into account the stress and strain of modern day existence.
Through the exploration of the senses and movement you will learn how to be successful in your business and keep yourself on top form – no matter what the day throws at you!

There will be a draw on the night for some goodies and discounts to support your success, health and happiness.

This will be a practical session, so please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in as we will be doing Dru Yoga.

(PLEASE NOTE: There is a small contribution of £4 to cover the costs of room hire and refreshments)
