CThA Harrow, Middlesex & Uxbridge therapist group meeting – 11th Dec 2014

Sorry you missed our Therapy exchange meeting on 13th Nov, although disappointing attendances, the evening was enjoyed by attendees.

Next meeting: Thurs, 11th Dec, 7-9pm – Breathwork
There is a change of speaker at out next meeting. Beverley will be offering us a session on Breathwork. ‘The breath is our fuel for living – we wouldn’t survive without it. Connecting with those emotions gives you the opportunity to heal the past and bring more clarity to your future.’
