Speaker: Rosemary Pharo has been exploring complementary approaches to health since 1997 when she trained in meta-aromatherapy which led to her learning and teaching Reiki. She came across Sharon Wheeler's bonework at a CThA meeting and then had the opportunity to learn it and integrate it into her practice.

Sharon Wheeler trained in rolfing with Ida Rolf and development this work over 40 years of exploration and practice. This form of fascial work is a gentle but effective way of allowing the body to realign itself and has a wide range of useful applications in improving the functionality of knees, feet, arms, hands, shoulders, even the head, through working on the periosteum.

In this session, we will learn more about bone work and what it is, its applications and new understandings of bone tissue.

I look forward to seeing you.
