Happy New Year and Welcome to our Re-launched Embody Meetings!

As a result of members feedback we are now meeting on a week-day night and have moved venue to be inside the York Outer ring road, which we hope will make it easier for people to attend. We look forward to welcoming many new and familiar faces. Our new venue is;
Low Moor Community Centre, Bray Road, Fulford, York, YO10 4JG
Directions : From Fulford Road (A19) at traffic lights turn into Broadway and head towards Heslington Lane (about 3/4 mile). After houses on your left and before the Stray turn left into Hollands Road then first right into Bray Road. The Centre is on your right it has a free car park with plenty of spaces.

Meetings are to be held 7.30pm to 9.30pm on the 1st Tuesday of the month except January and August. They are still £5 for Embody members and £6 for non-members, and include refreshments. Non-members are very welcome so do bring along friends and family.

Every meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm with a warm-up stretch to get the blood flowing. The main speaker will talk for approximately 1 hour - 1.25 hour.
After the main speaker there is always a chance to get refreshed, (tea, coffee, biscuits and a wide range of herbal teas are provided) and to meet, chat and network.
As always do bring along your business cards and leaflets to display at the meetings.
