Course Description

This Reformer Clinical Pilates Teacher Training course aims to provide the knowledge to participants required to provide prescriptive exercise through Clinical Pilates for individuals or a small group setting.
This course aims to ensure each participant gains a deep understanding of how to safely and effectively use the Reformer Pilates Machine and an in depth knowledge of the teaching principles needed to deliver Clinical Reformer Pilates to the general public.

Course Pre-Requisites

Participants will have a pre-requisite to be a qualified health care professional or strength and conditioning coach or exercise physiologist, and hold a degree in such a profession. Therefore, upon entering this course, participants are expected to have a pre-existing high level of education in anatomy and physiology, injury and rehabilitation, exercise prescription and delivery of exercise classes.
