Pilates Barre
Course Description
This two day workshop in Pilates Barre introduces Ballet Barre, and Standing Yoga poses to Pilates method. This course is designed as an addition to The Pilates Mat level 1 & 2 repertoire and takes the exercises off the Mat and into a more functional Standing position. Thus having a greater challenge for the legs than traditional mat-work
The course includes safe usage, safe cuing and appropriate application on the equipment.
