Come along to a talk with Guy Gladstone.(UK A.H.P.P.) I.T.E.C. C.Th.A. Guy will demonstrate Pulsing. Guy trained with Curtis Turchin, the originator of Pulsing and has been practising since the 1980's.
Pulsing is a deeply enjoyable and gentle form of bodywork, combining movements of stretching, lifting and rotating with a continuous rhythmic rocking. There will be time to try out giving some basic Pulsing moves.
