Please be aware - as of October 1st 2009 - only Emergency First Aid and First Aid at Work (FAW)courses will be approved by the Health & Safety Executive as meeting the First Aid at Work Act. This means that only those persons and organisations who are HSE recognised FAW training centres will be able to issue certificates that will fulfil these legal obligations on any business owner - including the obligations on self employed therapists.
