Trigger points cause increased muscle tension, muscle shortening, tingling feelings, numbness and sharp stabbing pain. Course Description This 3 day course leading to a qualification is designed to enhance and refine your palpation skills. The course is aimed at teaching you to locate and treat trigger points throughout the upper body. This hands on course will demonstrate how to carry out a self treatment and treatment of clients.
