Investor for part ownership of lease on premises sought
A group of therapists in Bristol are in the process of securing a lease on a property in Staple Hill to transform into a three-roomed therapy centre. Initial investment is £3,500 with a portion of rates and costs payable quarterly. Lease is for 10 years with a five year opt out. The premises is in a popular shopping area with plenty of free parking some of which is directly outside the premises. We are seeking someone willing to work a minimum of two days per week.
