Learn hand/ arm massage for family/ friends
Hi, Top Note Therapies and Crafts are holding 2 hand/arm massage leisure workshops, only £15 for two hrs.
Mostly practical with a little anatomy this skill is valuable for those who have joint issues or are purely seeking relaxation. If you use a good essential oil the massage can also be great for lined chapped hands.
