Reiki 1 / First Degree Reiki - 16 & 17 June, Liss, Hamsphire
Reiki 1 is for self-healing and working on friends and family.
It's the starting point for this technique and in itself at this level once adjusted to 'feeling' the energy can experience a lot without needing to take it any further. Once 'attuned', you have the connection for life and is there whenever you want to switch it on.
The course is run over two days and is kept relaxed, informal and flowing making sure all students feel confident before moving onto the next section.

Start: 09.30am
Finish: 16.30pm
(The finish time on Sunday is usually earlier, depending on the group needs being met)
