Relaxation & Meditation Class Hemblington Primary School, Mill Road, Blofield Heath Starts Weds 9th Dec The class will take place on each second Wednesday of the month. During this class I will guide you, using the power of imagination and creative visualisation, to quieten your mind and relax your body. Suitable for everyone, whether you have never tried anything like it before, or are well practised in visualisation & meditation. Please wear warm comfortable clothes. Class fee: Adults £4, Juniors (12-17 yrs) £3.
