Relaxation & Meditation group

I lead a Relaxation & Meditation group fortnightly 10-12noon in the Romford, Essex area. I am also a qualified Colour Healer. Topics of discussion for first half suggested by those attending, refreshments, then full body relaxation and meditation You can email me on sunrays1@hotmail.co.uk.
