Sound Circle Meditation
There is a sound circle meditation on Monday 3rd September at The Yogi Tree, East Greenwich 6-7pm.
193 Woolwich Road, Greenwich, London SE10 0RJ
Entrance is from DENHAM St. Press button 193 on wall to right of gated private car-park & I'll buzz you in. Walk through car-park to door with plants outside & "Yogi Tree" on the door!

Be prepared to make some sound! This is not singing, but it is about discovering and freeing your true voice whilst also finding a simple and effective way in to meditation.
I start the session with breath work, lying down, connecting breath to body then body to voice, before sitting up to open our chakras on specific tones and moving on to 'open-sounding meditation' where we all sound together, but on our own notes; creating an energetic pool of sonic vibration in which we sit in silence at the end.
