It involves stretching, massage and the use of a stick to stimulate reflex points. Light touch Reflexology for babies, toddlers and children workshop will enable the therapist to teach parents how to treat babies, toddlers and children with light touch techniques on the feet and hands. Teresa will be teaching 5 simple techniques to show parents how to use light touch reflexology, demonstrating precision & accuracy of specific organs. Showing how to use bonding techniques between parents and child. Combining nursery rhymes whilst giving a treatment. Focusing on sleep, digestion, teething and much more for their babies.
