Just a quick reminder about our next meeting at warmley community center.

TOPIC: V.R.T. - Vertical Reflexology Therapy Speaker: Sandra Rawle
VRT is a new and advanced technique that can be used either in conjunction with traditional reflexology or as a powerful procedure in its own right. The reflex points on the foot or hand are worked whilst weight bearing and many believe that additional healing powers are, therefore, tuned into. In theory, any condition can he helped and anyone can be taught to use VRT in its most basic form. The only rule is to work for a maximum of 5 minutes at any one time, since the therapy is so powerful.
