The first part of the evening will focus on colour and guided meditations. Participants will get a chance to experience the Tama-Do Coloured Silks and Colour Etheric Essences (similar to Aura-Soma) for personal development and self-empowerment!
During the second part of the evening, participants will be able to lie down and enjoy a relaxing "Sound Bath" with the gentle healing vibrations of Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls, the sounding voice (toning and overtoning) and gentle percussion. This is a great opportunity to siply relax and "retune" with this relaxing yet energising sonic massage.
This event is a great opportunity to rebalance the chakras system, clear blocked energies from the energy field and fill the space with new positive vibrations!
