Self defence course for Therapists and their friends and families in Bexleyheath/Sidcup/Dartford
Dear Members,
There will be a self-defence course for therapists and their families and friends on Friday the 14th of October.
The course will last 2 hours and the cost is £10.00 per person.
The times will be from 19.00 till 21.00
The venue will be decided by the end of the week and will depend on numbers attending.
You will require some lose clothing. A track suit bottom and a 'T' shirt would be ideal.
I will supply plastic knives and guns.

I would like to confirm that both myself and my daughter aged 16 will be attending the self defense evenin g on Friday 14 October.

There will be at least one 17 year old girl and probably another 2 girls of similar age.
So she will not have the chance to bit you up. ;)

The self-defence course on Friday the 14th of October will be at the BJJ club in Dartford.

Please wear comfortable clothes.
We will be practising barefoot as we will be on a matted area.
The course will start at 19.00 and will end at 21.00. The cost is £10.00 per person. Minimum age is 14.
