Sound Circle Meditation - 16th July
The sound circle is a place to re-connect with your self, to awaken your breath and link breath to body & voice.
We work as a group to create a sound vortex, gently moving through a guided sonic meditation into open-sounding; where, as one, we sound our own notes, creating a beautiful, powerful, energy in the room.
At the end of the session we sit in silence, absorbing the energetic resonance of the sonic vibrations.
This can be the most wonderful way of coming to a place of stillness, of clearing energetic & emotional holdings and re-discovering your true voice.
