EFT and Personal Development workshops in Edinburgh

Starting in the Autumn the following workshops will take place at Chi in George Street. Sunday, September the 3rd AN INTRODUCTION TO EFT This day is geared towards self help and treating family and friends. Can also serve as an introduction for therapists wishing to find out more about this remarkable therapy. Sunday, October the 1st DYING TO BE YOUNG! With illness on the increase we are actually aging faster than previous generations. This day is a completely holistic look at how to slow down and even reverse the aging process. Sunday, November the 5th DO YOU REALLY WANT TO BE THIN? We all know what we should and shouldn't eat so why is it so difficult to lose weight? This workshop is about finding out why and eliminating those reasons before installing new and helpful ways of behaving. Sunday, December the 3rd DROP "FAKE IT 'TIL YOU MAKE IT"! Today is about finding the genuine confidence that's in all of us - the parts that have been coverd up with layers of stress, negative self talk and unhelpful beliefs. For more information about any of these workshops please visit www.heartsensetherapies.co.uk or phone Catherine Strang on 0131 476 0815.

Hi Karen Thanks for your enquiry. All of the workshops are held at chi, 36 George Street, Edinburgh, five minutes walk from Waverley Station. (Their phone number if you would like to book is 0131 226 4040). Each day costs £80 and will be from 10.30am - 5.30pm. The EFT workshop is a thorough introduction to what EFT is and how to do it, there will be partner work and and various ways to use it for personal development. This day should also enable you to try it out with clients in whatever type of therapy you practice. The other workshops are not about learning a therapy but contain many different therapeutic techniques relevant to each topic. There is more information on www.heartsensetherapies.co.uk but please feel free to phone if you have any more questions. (0131 476 0815) Warm regards Catherine Strang
