hI carole - and welcome to Embody. The next meeting is scheduled for 11th October. Subject not yet specified. So sorry I missed the last meeting - I have a Reiki class on a Tuesday but I will definitely be coming to the Christmas get-together. I am also visting the Excel Complementary Therapy exhibition this Sunday. If anyone wants to say hello I can send you my mobile number. Regards, Carole

Hi there, The exhibition was excellent. I had a free Chiropractic session and also had a £5 15 minute Shaitsu seated massage. I was really sore the day after around the neck area, but felt so good another 12 hours later! I also subscribed to Todays Therapist which is a really good magazine aimed at qualified therapists. My friend and I were there from 12.00 to 6.00 so needed a foot massage at the end of the day! Well I hope to see you on the 6th December. Take care - carole
