Reminder South Herts Meeting plus Iridology Talk - Sat, 19th Sept 4 - 7pm
Dear Colleagues,
Following on from my last announcement of our next meeting this Sat coming on 19th Sept at St Albans, I am pleased to advise that we also have a seasoned speaker coming to do Yoga demonstration comprising of a couple of breathing exercises and a group of asanas or postures. Benefits for each of the exercises would be given alongside. We would then have a talk and demonstration on Iridology.
IRIDOLOGY is an alternative health approach that is understood to diagnose health conditions by examining the coloured portion of the eye, commonly known as the iris. The approach is based on the concept that every organ within the body corresponds to some section of the iris. By evaluating the current condition of this part of the eye, it is possible to identify the origin of health symptoms currently impacting the Client.
Our speaker - Geetu Sethi is a Complementary Therapy Practitioner/ Health Champion/Consultant and Wellbeing Advisor having more than 12 years of experience. She has given talks on health awareness, health workshops, lectures/talks and health camps and has run different projects with different local authorities and has delivered Workplace Complementary Therapy Services in the areas of Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Nutrition, Hatha Yoga, Iris diagnosis and Stress Management amongst companies like HM Revenue for a batch of 100 candidates. She has also worked as a 'Workplace Nutrition and Diet Consultant' in an IT industry.
We are in for a treat!
