Seeking a teaching space to hire in Balham SW12

Hello, I am a looking for a small to medium-sized room (with toilets and tea point) for teaching Reiki and self development classes. Classes would mostly be on the weekends. I would also consider the Clapham and Clapham Junction/Northcote Road areas. Please let me know if you know of anything. Thank you. Kristin
