Patient Charter Template

I'm designing a patient charter for a mental health complementary therapy service in Edinburgh and wonder if you work with one of these - written expectations a client and therapist should have of each another - and you would be willing to share it - please get in touch so we can adapt for our service. Hi I work with people with learning disabilities and mental health problems and for treatments to be done we require full risk assessment of the person and treatment room as well aswell
