PCOS, Fertility & reflexology

I am currently a student in reflexology, one of my case studies has PCOS, & has been trying for a baby for a year now. She is being treated for insulin resistance/problems with metformin. Apart from working on the reproductive organs & endocrine glands, can anyone suggest anything I should also be covering or any other advice I should give her? Nb. She is in her late 30s, has 2 older children but also suffered miscarriages.

A student in reflexology should not really be treating someone who is trying to conceive.
