Rash appeared after applying friction strokes
Hi guys
I carried out a swedish massage on a lady who had some tension nodules in her lumbar region. I used some friction strokes and some kneading and then carried on with the massage. During the treatment I noticed a red rash appear near where I was applying friction strokes. Normally I see hyperemia on the area where there is nodules but I have never seen a rash. Just wondering if anybody knows of this or could it have just simply be a reaction to my laundry powder?
