Hi all Confirming I have expressed our needs and concerns to CTHA in my monthly meeting report (sent earlier today - Easter Monday. If anyone has anything to add - quotes from ASA letters, potential references we might use, other experiences, PLEASE post them here and I can ensure we let HQ know. Thanks Jo I have forwarded it as an additional for the report Cheers Stuart
I note that CNHC are publishing summary pages for all their therapies in order to try to comply with ASA. Interestingly they describe it along the lines of trying to make it easier to ensure compliance, rather than guaranteeing it. Seems even the official regulator is having problems keeping ASA happy! I also note in regard to CNHC that they are founder members involved in setting up the PSA umbrella regulator (Professional Standards Agency). This may or may not give them more clout and significance going forward. However the majority of CAM regulation appears to be voluntary so the same reservations still apply. Stuart
