This short course teaches you the how to use aromatherapy safely with children and babies.

* receive top tips on how to buy and use aromatherapy oils
* learn the differences between base (non-smelling) oils and aromatherapy oils.
* learn about the healing properties of oils...calming and soothing (to help with sleep/tantrums)...releasing mucus and clearing airways - (to help with colds, colic and chesty/dry coughs)...reducing inflammation - for nappy rash, eczema...balancing bowel movements (for constipation).
You will be introduced to some basic infant massage methods and how it can work with the oils to bring healing and balance to your child. This course also gives you the opportunity to make your own personal, aromatherapy product for home use.
Venue
The course takes place at the Gilles Centre in Edinburgh (marchmont/meadows). There are limited places available.
Cost
The course costs £49 (discounts available for CTHA members or booking with a friend). This cost includes course notes and blended aromatherapy product. Online booking is available.
We can issue a certificate of attendance for CPD purposes.
