ASA guidelines for advertising
According to one of the directories: these are the guidelines
List A: conditions that require treatment by medical professionals, you can not claim to treat these (although I state in my advertising that I can assist in their management with the ongoing supervision of a GP...)

Quite frankly these rules seem completely daft, however they are apparently what ASA are running with
