About the Workshop - by Roushan
You may be familiar with the Bach Flower Remedies, or perhaps just with the composite Rescue Remedy. You may know nothing about them at all. Either way, this workshop will be useful to you in learning what the remedies are for, and how they can help you and your clients. In this two-hour workshop, we will cover the ethos behind the remedies and how to use them to help with negative mental and emotional states. We will cover a variety of the 38 single remedies in the session, which will be interactive, using examples from your own or clients' situations.
The remedies are extremely gentle (and very effective), and can be used alongside any other treatment or therapy in a greatly supportive role, as well as on their own. They often help greatly when someone is stuck at some point of developement in their lives, and can give the necessary nudge to allow other treatments to be more effective. I hope to answer any questions you might have about using the remedies as we go along, and you will also be able to make up and take away a mixture of remedies to experience for yourself after the workshop.
I have found the remedies to be invaluable in work both on myself and with clients, and get very excited about sharing them with other people. I hope to see you there!
