Why is rapport important? It underpins the effectiveness of our communication and influences the outcomes of our relationships with friends, family, colleagues and clients. Understanding rapport can have a powerful impact on these relationships.
This hands-on practical workshop will introduce you to the nature of rapport so that you can learn to:
* Establish and maintain rapport
* Connect quickly with new clients
* Positively influence clients
* Build trust and confidence
* Improve your listening skills
* How to lead a client from an un-resourceful state to a resourceful one
The workshop will last approx 2 hours.
Cost - £7 for CThA members, £10 for non-members.
