Dear Cindy, Hello, my name is Stephen, I am replying to your advert regarding a position as a complementary therapist at Mulberry Place Day Services at Trinity Hospice. I am currently self employed and working with private clients but also volunteer for Pauls Cancer Support Centre. My skills as a massage therapist and reflexologist bring me into contact with all kinds of people and I have been working for six years. It is s hugely rewarding profession but my skills base can benefit from the insight offered by the cancer care sector. Compassion and warmth are not necessarily skills but listening and understanding people are. Thus, the decision to voulunteer at Pauls Support Centre. We received a solid and beneficial training this year and I have been seeing my first client. I am fully registered and up to date with CRB.
